Now, let me tell you a little about how I got here.

For as long as I can remember, people have gravitated toward me to share their relationship struggles and ask for advice. And while I loved being a listening ear, I didn’t think much of it—until my mom chimed in. “You should really become a counselor or something,” she’d say over and over. But I paid her no attention.

Fast forward to adulthood when life threw me a curveball—the dating world. I learned firsthand the toll of choosing the wrong partners and found myself asking a hard question: Why am I attracting and entertaining the same person in different bodies? The answer wasn’t pretty, but it was necessary. I had to pause, take a long look in the mirror, and do the deep, sometimes uncomfortable work of understanding myself. Spoiler alert: blaming your exes only gets you so far!

Coming out on the other side of that journey, I not only had a renewed sense of self but also a clearer understanding of what makes relationships thrive—and why so many of us struggle.

As I scrolled social media, I saw it everywhere: people disillusioned by modern dating, exhausted by apps, and half-joking about bringing back arranged marriages. Beneath the frustration, though, was something universal: the thirst for deep connection, companionship, and a partnership that lasts. And let’s be honest, we were never meant to go through life alone; Ecclesiastes 4:9 : Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor.

That’s when I decided to step into my gift and help others. I launched My Love Map to empower men and women to navigate dating intentionally, prepare for lasting love, and build partnerships rooted in trust, shared values, and connection.
